- Our certified kitchen is located in Aloha, Oregon. We do not have
a storefront location.
- Does Something Sweeeet Cookies & Confections offer corporate or
quantity-based discounts?
- Corporate and quantity-based discounts are published via the web site.

- Does Something Sweeeet Cookies & Confections offer custom-decorated
cookies?
- We do not produce decorated cookies. We would rather have the cookie
itself be the art form.
- Can you send me free samples?
- For customers with a qualified business account, we will gladly send
a sample of our cookies. We may, solely at our discretion, send samples
to our customers planning a large event. For more information, please
contact our customer service specialists at cookiebox@somethingsweeeet.com.
- Can I specify an exact delivery date?
- During the checkout process, you may enter a requested delivery date.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped to arrive
on the date that you've requested. To maintain the absolute highest quality,
we cannot guarantee shipment of your order the same day. Each order is
freshly baked and created just for your recipient.
- What happens if I enter an incorrect or incomplete destination address?
- Something Sweeeet Cookies & Confections cannot be responsible for
incomplete or incorrect destination addresses. The information that we
receive from you is exactly what you type in during the order process.
Please review your order confirmation email upon receipt to verify all
data. If your package is returned to us, we will refund your credit card.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept VISA and MasterCard. For our customers with a corporate account,
we accept payment by check. For more information, please email us at cookiebox@somethingsweeeet.com.
- Are Something Sweeeet Cookies & Confections free of nuts or nut
oils?
- No. In fact, because all of our cookie dough and/or equipment may contain
or may come into contact with nuts or nut oils, we recommend that anyone
with an allergy to nuts not consume our products.
